1. The jewelry offered in our store is created by Julia Cerutti and is made to order for each customer. All designs available for sale are displayed on our website.
2. Our jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure its protection during shipping. If for any reason you receive a damaged piece or one with the wrong size, please contact us within 7 business days after receiving the package so that we can solve the problem.
3. We offer worldwide shipping, and although shipments arrive fairly quickly, delivery times vary depending on the location. If you have any questions, you can write to us at jwls.julia@gmail.com.

5. Due to customs issues in the country, we cannot accept exchanges or returns unless there has been an error on our part in the manufacture of the piece.
